MOVEFORJENN.ORG
Our MissionThe mission of the Move For Jenn Foundation is to offer grants in the form of activewear prosthetics to those who have suffered the loss of a limb to sarcoma or other affiliated diseases. These sports prosthetics are not considered "medically necessary" by most insurance companies, so our foundation bridges the gap to allow amputees to get back to the physical activities they enjoyed prior to amputation.
The Move For Jenn Foundation also aims to find a cure for sarcoma and better treatment options for sarcoma patients. Targeted research, awareness, and advocacy are three core objectives that make the foundation unique.

Our Mission No Wheelchairs or Prosthetics by the year 2035.
We stimulate the development of revolutionary technologies for people with lower-limb disabilities. Our vision is a world in which wheelchairs are obsolete and everyone, regardless of physical condition, can walk, run, and play to the full extent of the human spirit. Through our support of bionics entrepreneurs, our focus on fresh perspectives, and our dedication to bold collaboration, we are accelerating a new era of mobility tech that will change lives forever.

WTF IS GOING ON HERE???
America is a unique country full of a ton of quirks that the rest of the world is not quite on board with. The nation loves everything super-sized, deep-fried, convenient, and they generally go through life with a ‘bigger is better’ mindset. America is also an extremely patriotic country, with flags flying around every corner showing the world that they are a force to be reckoned with. They are an extremely hard working bunch and are in a ‘get things done’ mindset, with little vacation time taken annually.
There are a lot of aspects of U.S. culture that is just like it is in the movies, as U.S. based films are based around the lifestyle of those that reside there. So, if you watch a popular U.S. film that is based around college parties and football games, pop-culture in Hollywood, or a cheerleader competition from the famous series of ‘Bring It On’—the actual culture of the nation is pretty much what you see on the TV screen.
For those from the U.S., it’s easy to think that the way that things are done is how it is for everyone, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. There are a lot of things that wouldn’t strike the nation as strange, but sometimes it takes someone from the outside to realize how odd it really is. Like cheese in a can, for instance. Or having 24-hour restaurants that serve your favorite meals around the clock. Or even something as normal as a Pumpkin Spiced Latte. Along with that, there are a ton of different aspects of America’s culture that is downright baffling to the rest of the world.

Deep Inside The Bohemian Grove

The Bohemian Grove
Bohemian Grove is a restricted 2,700-acre (1,100 ha) campground at 20601 Bohemian Avenue, in Monte Rio, California, United States, belonging to a private San Francisco–based gentlemen's club known as the Bohemian Club. In mid-July each year, Bohemian Grove hosts a more than two-week encampment of some of the most prominent men in the world.[1][2]
The Bohemian Club's all-male membership includes artists and musicians, as well as many prominent business leaders, government officials, former U.S. presidents, senior media executives, and people of power.[3][4] Members may invite guests to the Grove. Guests may be invited to the Grove for either the "Spring Jinks" in June or the main July encampment. Bohemian Club members can schedule private day-use events at the Grove any time it is not being used for Club-wide purposes, and they are allowed at these times to bring spouses, family, and friends, although female and minor guests must be off the property by 9 or 10 pm.[5]
After 40 years of membership, the men earn "Old Guard" status, giving them reserved seating at the Grove's daily talks, as well as other perquisites. Former U.S. president Herbert Hoover was inducted into the Old Guard on March 4, 1953; he had joined the club exactly 40 years prior.[6] Redwood branches from the Grove were flown to the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, where they were used to decorate a banquet room for the celebration. In his acceptance speech, Hoover compared the honor of the "Old Guard" status to his frequent role as veteran counselor to later presidents.[7]
BOHEMIAN GROVE
The Club motto is "Weaving Spiders Come Not Here," which implies that outside concerns and business deals (networking) are to be left outside. When gathered in groups, Bohemians usually adhere to the injunction, although discussion of business often occurs between pairs of members.[2] Important political and business deals have been developed at the Grove.[5] The Grove is particularly famous for a Manhattan Project planning meeting that took place there in September 1942, which subsequently led to the atomic bomb. Those attending this meeting included Ernest Lawrence, J. Robert Oppenheimer, the S-1 Executive Committee heads, such as the presidents of Harvard, Yale, and Princeton, along with representatives of Standard Oil and General Electric as well as various military officials. At the time, Oppenheimer was not an S-1 member, although Lawrence and Oppenheimer hosted the meeting.[8] Grove members take particular pride in this event and often relate the story to new attendees.[2] Other behavior at the campground has led to numerous claims and even some parody in popular culture. One example was President Richard Nixon's comments from a May 13, 1971, tape recording talking about upper-class San Franciscans: "The Bohemian Grove, which I attend from time to time—it is the most faggy goddamned thing you could ever imagine, with that San Francisco crowd

The Matrix-Mandela Paradox
PART II
Have you ever remembered something in a particular way only to discover you’ve remembered it all wrong? If so, it sounds like you’ve experienced the phenomenon known as the “Mandela effect”.
This form of collective misremembering of common events or details first emerged in 2010, when countless people on the internet (allegedly) falsely remembered that Nelson Mandela was dead. It was widely believed he had died in prison during the 1980s. In reality, Mandela was actually freed in 1990 and passed away in 2013 – despite some people’s claims they remember clips of his funeral on TV.
Paranormal consultant Fiona Broome coined the term “Mandela effect” to explain this collective misremembering, and then other examples started popping up all over the internet. For instance, it was wrongly recalled that C-3PO from Star Wars was gold, actually one of his legs is silver. Likewise, people often wrongly believe that the Queen in Snow White says, “Mirror, mirror on the wall”. The correct phrase is “magic mirror on the wall”. Not True.

CREDIT GIVEN TO: JASON KOEBLER FOR THE PAINSTAKING WORK PUT INTO HIS ARTICLE (USED BY FAIR USE)Is CERN Causing Collective Mass Delusion by Creating Portals to Alternate Dimensions? An InvestigationThe Mandela Effect is real, but no one knows what causes it. CERN would like you to know it’s not their particle collider.By Jason Koebler
Cynthia Sue Larson has been on the lookout since July 5, when CERN turned the world’s most powerful particle collider back on for a third time. Larson is looking for “reality shifts and Mandela Effects,” or evidence of multiple universes, timelines, rips in the space-time continuum, or other evidence that reality as we know it has been distorted by the Large Hadron Collider.
“I’ve been paying attention to see whether reports of Mandela Effects might increase, now that CERN’s Large Hadron Collider fired back up again,” Larson, the author of Reality Shifts and Quantum Jumps, told Motherboard. “So far I’ve not yet noticed large-scale reports of new Mandela Effects in the past day or so, though it does seem there is a large and growing interest in the Mandela Effect.”
CERN has noticed.
“I’ve seen a lot of videos go viral making claims about CERN, and when I see that it tells me we need to communicate even further, because they’re getting informed by the conspiracy theories they hear,” Clara Nellist, a particle physicist who works on CERN’s ATLAS, a Large Hadron Collider experiment seeking to learn more about the basic building blocks of matter, the fundamental forces of nature, and what dark matter is made of told Motherboard. Nellist posts on TikTok as @ParticleClara about the Large Hadron Collider and, sometimes, about CERN conspiracy theories.
The Mandela Effect, in which large numbers of people all misremember the same thing about pop culture (it's always been "Double Stuf" Oreos), is a highly interesting conspiracy theory, in part because it is verifiably real. Scientists at the University of Chicago recently described it as “an internet phenomenon describing shared and consistent false memories for specific icons in popular culture." Their paper described an empirically observable phenomenon that persisted across people with no clear explanation. Where things get difficult is when people suggest that CERN—an organization that studies physics phenomena—is cast as potentially causing those phenomena.
A mix of conspiracy theorists, researchers like Larson, and regular people have been searching for an explanation for this collective cognitive dissonance and false memory for decades. The International Mandela Effect Conference (IMEC) is a group that broadly studies the phenomenon and held conferences in 2019 and 2020 for people who swear that the “Berenstain Bears” were actually the “Berenstein Bears,” that the Monopoly Man wore a monocle (he doesn’t and never has), that there was a movie called “Shazaam” that featured Sinbad as a genie, and, of course, that Nelson Mandela died in prison in the 1980s (he didn’t).

THE TIKTOK GENERATION PART II
The story of TikTok is a tale of two halves. In the West, teenagers grew up with the music-focused social app, Musical.ly. In the East, teenagers enjoyed Douyin (branded TikTok for the western world). In 2018, the apps joined together. There has been a meteoric rise of TikTok in a relatively short period.
Since TikTok’s merger with Musical.ly user numbers have soared. This is partly because of a smart marketing campaign by ByteDance (who own TikTok). They have advertised TikTok virtually everywhere that young people hang out – including opposition social sites, such as Snapchat and YouTube.
Yet, if you asked the average person about TikTok, most would claim never to have heard of it – certainly, if they are over 30 and not a parent. TikTok has one of the tightest demographics of any social network and remains virtually unknown to people outside that age range.
Celebrities Take an Interest in TikTokWith the rise of TikTok downloads, it became inevitable that celebrities and high-profile people would take an interest in the platform. As the Guardian reported, “The success of any burgeoning app is often tied to the early adoption of a key celebrity. The fortunes of Snapchat have been closely tied to the whims of Kylie Jenner, Instagram has Selena Gomez, and Twitter now has a certain Mr. Trump. For TikTok, late-night comedian Jimmy Fallon may be the user that pushes it over the edge in the United States.”
Jimmy Fallon spoke about TikTok videos on a segment on NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in November 2018. He suggested that people might like to use TikTok to upload videos of themselves lip-syncing along to standup comedy routines. He encouraged viewers to take part in a series of challenges, such as the #TumbleweedChallenge, where people stop what they’re doing and roll around on the ground like a tumbleweed while an old western movie soundtrack plays.
Skateboarder, Tony Hawkes, is another who has taken to TikTok. He has a verified account with 2.5 million fans and 13.2 million hearts. While he has only shared a few videos to date, they have been hugely popular.
@tonyhawkEven the Terminator now has a TikTok appearance., setting up his account in March. His early videos focus on fitness and health, and he has a customized hashtag, #likearnold.

THE FUTURE OF FREE SPEECH
Tuesday Apr 18, 2023
Tuesday Apr 18, 2023
FREE SPEECH VS. FREEDOM OF SPEECH
DEFINITION:
free·dom of speechnounthe right to express any opinions without censorship or restraint.
Experts say attacks on free speech are rising across the U.S.Politics Mar 15, 2023 5:13 PM EDT
In Idaho, an art exhibit was censored and teens were told they couldn’t testify in some legislative hearings. In Washington state, a lawmaker proposed a hotline so the government could track offensively biased statements, as well as hate crimes. In Florida, bloggers are fighting a bill that would force them to register with the state if they write posts criticizing public officials.
Meanwhile, bans on books and drag performances are growing increasingly common nationwide.
“We are seeing tremendous attacks on First Amendment freedoms across the country right now, at all levels of government. Censorship is proliferating, and it’s deeply troubling,” said Joe Cohn, legislative and policy director with the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression.
“This year, we’re seeing a wave of bills targeting drag performances, where simply being gender nonconforming is enough to trigger the penalty. We’re also seeing a wave of bills regulating what can be in public or K-12 school libraries,” Cohn said. “On college campuses, we have been tracking data about attempts to get faculty members punished or even fired for speech or expression and the numbers are startling — it’s the highest rate that we’ve seen in our 20 years of existence.”
First Amendment rights had been stable in America for decades, said Ken Paulson, director of the Free Speech Center at Middle Tennessee State University, but in recent years many states have reverted to the anti-speech tactics employed by people like Sen. Joe McCarthy during the “Red Scare” of the early 1950s.
WATCH: Librarians in Louisiana at odds with conservative activists working to ban books
McCarthy and others tried to silence political opponents by accusing them of being communists or socialists, using fear and public accusations to suppress basic free speech rights. The term “McCarthyism” became synonymous with baseless attacks on free expression, and the U.S. Supreme Court has referred to the phenomena in several First Amendment-related rulings.
“We are seeing a concerted wave that we have not seen in decades,” said Paulson, highlighting states like Florida where Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis has pushed for legislation that would criminalize drag shows, limit what pronouns teachers can use for students, allow parents to determine what books can be in libraries and block some history classes entirely.
“It’s pretty mind-boggling that so many politicians are waving the flag of freedom while doing anything they possibly can to infringe on the free speech rights of Americans,” Paulson said.
Still, no one political group has a monopoly on censorship — aggression is increasing across the spectrum, Cohn said.
Washington state’s bias hotline bill, which died in committee earlier this year, was sponsored by Democratic Sen. Javier Valdez and backed by several groups including the Anti-Defamation League, Urban League, Council on American-Islamic Relations and others. It aimed to help the state collect information about hate crimes and bias incidents and to provide support and compensation to victims at a time when hate crime reports are rising.
Opponents, including the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, said they feared it would chill protected speech because it encompasses both criminal behavior and offensively biased statements.
Hate speech can be damaging and repugnant, but is still generally protected by the First Amendment. The Department of Homeland Security and experts who study extremism have warned that hateful rhetoric can be seen as a call to action by extremists groups.
READ MORE: Arizona’s conservative superintendent sets up critical race theory hotline
Oregon created a similar bias hotline in 2019. It received nearly 1,700 calls in 2021, with nearly 60 percent of the reported incidents falling short of criminal standards, according to an annual report from Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum’s office.
“People in power target their political adversaries, so who is being silenced really depends on where you are on the map and its individual context,” Cohn said.
Artist Katrina Majkut experienced that first-hand last week, when artworks she had shown in more than two dozen states over the past decade were unexpectedly censored at a small state school in Lewiston, Idaho.
Majkut uses embroidery to highlight and subvert historically narrow ideas of wifedom and motherhood. She was hired to curate an exhibit at Lewis-Clark State College focusing on health care issues like chronic illness, pregnancy and gun violence.
But March 2, a day before the show’s opening, Majkut and two other artists were told some of their work would be removed over administrator fears about running afoul of Idaho’s “No Public Funds for Abortion Act.”
The 2021 law bars state-funded entities from promoting abortion or taking other measures that could be seen as training or counseling someone in favor of abortion.
Majkut’s cross-stitch depicting misoprostol and mifepristone tablets — which can be used together to induce abortion early in pregnancy — was removed from the exhibit along with a wall plaque detailing Idaho’s abortion laws.
Four documentary video and audio works by artist Lydia Nobles that showed women talking about their own experiences with abortion were also removed. And part of artist Michelle Harney’s series of 1920s-era letters written to Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger were stricken from the show.
“To be censored like that is shocking and surreal,” said Majkut, who designs her art to be educational rather than confrontational. “If the most even-keeled, bipartisan artwork around this topic is censored, then everything is going to be censored.”
READ MORE: Florida Republicans advance bills on gender identity, defamation
Logan Fowler, the spokesman for LCSC, said the school made the decision after consulting with attorneys about whether showing the art could violate the law. Republican Rep. Bruce Skaug, the author of the law, said Tuesday that it was not intended to “prevent open discussion” of abortion — only to prevent tax dollars from being used to promote it.
The art exhibit censorship comes just two months after another controversial decision by Skaug. As chairman of the Idaho House Judiciary and Rules Committee, Skaug announced in January that people under age 18 would not be allowed to testify in his committee. Another Republican committee chair soon followed suit.
Lawmakers have the ability to limit committee testimony, and often use those limits to keep the legislature’s work focused and timely. Still, the age-based speech restriction appeared to be a first for the state.
A group of teens took action, launching phone and email campaigns staging protests.
“There is a clear lack of foresight in politicians who seek to eliminate the voices of those who will one day elect and eventually supersede them,” a group of 32 high school student leaders wrote in a joint opinion piece sent to news outlets across the state. “We ask Idaho’s Republican leaders, what are you so afraid of?”
The lawmakers eventually modified their rules, allowing youth to testify as long as they have signed permission slips from a parent or guardian.
Skaug said the rule was necessary to ensure parents are aware if their kids are leaving school to testify at the Statehouse. He still intends to give priority to older residents when testimony time is limited, but said he’s not aware of any youth actually being denied the chance to testify so far this year.
For Cohn, the efforts in Idaho and elsewhere reflect the danger of trying to restrict the expression of people who hold opposing views.
“We have to be ever-vigilant if we want our culture of individual freedoms to prevail,” he said. “Bad ideas are better dealt with through debate and dialogue than government censorship.”

DEBBIE GREENBERG: INSIDE THE CAVERN CLUB
Wednesday Apr 12, 2023
Wednesday Apr 12, 2023
DEBBIE GREENBERG: INSIDE THE CAVERN CLUBAs a teenager Debbie Greenberg was spending far too much time at the Cavern Club in her hometown of Liverpool, England. It was already the most famous music club in the world, where she had been dazzled by the Beatles’ debut performance and had witnessed their rise to stardom for two years before watching the local heroes leave home.
Then in 1966, after the previous owner declared bankruptcy, her father asked her out of the blue if she thought it would be a good idea to take over the club. It was an offer she couldn’t refuse. She’d been a Cavern fanatic since it was a jazz club, hardly missing a lunchtime or evening rock session until its closure a few weeks before – amid mass protests by Liverpool youth.
Now she was suddenly part of a new family business, faced with the task of helping to breathe new life into the now dilapidated rock ’n’ rollin' launchpad of the legendary Mersey Beat.
This first-hand account of her ten years frequenting and eventually helping to run the original Cavern Club is an authentic inside story of this unique Beatles shrine, full of triumphs and failures – and surprise celebrity encounters. And The Rest, as they say, IS HISTORY.

Crisis in America: The Runaway Epidemic
Tuesday Apr 11, 2023
Tuesday Apr 11, 2023
THE RUNAWAYS: AMERICA IN CRISISThis month, as we observed National Runaway Prevention Month, the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), one of our long-standing partners in addressing runaway youth, put a spotlight on the invisible faces of youth who are homeless.
On a single night in 2018, 4,093 children under the age of 18 were counted as homeless because they were not part of a family with children or not under the care of a parent or guardian, according to the Annual Homeless Assessment Report from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The National Runaway Safeline reports that between 1.6 million and 2.8 million youth run away each year.
In 2020, of the 27,000 missing child cases reported to the Center, 91% were for endangered runaways. NCMEC provides support services to families and victims and raises awareness to help bring these youth home. Last year the Center launched the “Runaway Train” campaign, which reimagined the music video from 25 years earlier that featured missing children and helped close 21 cases. The dynamic new video updates images of missing children based on a viewer's location.
Runaway and homeless youth are more likely to engage in substance use and delinquent behavior, become teenage parents, drop out of school, suffer from sexually transmitted diseases, meet the criteria for mental illness, and have an increased risk of being sexual exploited and trafficked. The risk for homelessness is also increased for youth living in the foster care system. In fact, youth who experience multiple placements in foster care, have a history of running away from them, and who have spent time in a group home are most at risk of homelessness. Those aged 15 when they first enter foster care have the highest risk of running away. Homeless youth also have a high rate of involvement in the juvenile justice system.

The Mysterious Death of Actor Bob Saget
Monday Apr 10, 2023
Monday Apr 10, 2023
He died on the bed with his right arm across his chest and left arm on the bed. Wait. That's not right! Police say he died on the bathroom as a result of hitting his head on the bathroom floor. One problem, bathroom was bone dry, not a drop of water on the floor. How did he slip and what did he slip on?
How was it that his head was so badly damaged in multiple places if all that happened was he slipped on the bathroom floor?
Saget was on a comedy tour in Florida, with his first show of 2022 at the Hard Rock Live in Orlando, and had performed in Ponte Vedra Beach near Jacksonville the day before, according to his Instagram page.
In his final Instagram post, Saget shared a photo of himself on stage with the caption, "I’m back in comedy like I was when I was 26. I guess I’m finding my new voice and loving every moment of it."
Citing authorities, Saget "accidentally hit the back of his head on something, thought nothing of it and went to sleep," the statement read. It also noted that "no drugs or alcohol were involved."
A fracture was found at the base of Saget's skull with evidence of bleeding around the brain, according to the medical examiner.
The medical examiner suggested that Saget may have fallen and hit something hard, following by something soft, such as a carpeted floor.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ORLANDO, Fla. — Fractures around Bob Saget's eye sockets and bleeding around his brain were possibly caused by the comedian hitting "something hard, covered by something soft," such as a carpeted floor, according to a report released Tuesday that provides more details of the TV's star's death.
In the incident report released by the Orange County Sheriff's Office in Orlando, a detective notes that Chief Medical Examiner Joshua Stephany said the fractures "would have stunned Mr. Saget," and that he would have experienced dizziness.
Had he been with people at the time, they would have noticed "confusion, balance, and/or slurred speech," the report states. It does not pinpoint a location for Saget's fall, but Stephany told the detective it would have been impossible with that type of injury for Saget to make a two-hour drive from the Jacksonville area to Orlando as he did the night before his body was discovered.

The Man Who Met McCartney: Dan Ealey Tells his UNBELIEVABLE True Story
Tuesday Apr 04, 2023
Tuesday Apr 04, 2023
HOW HE MET A LEGENDIn 1974, a bold Beatles fan talked his way into meeting Paul McCartney on a Tennessee farm. He ended up spending several weeks hanging out with the former Beatle's band and occasionally meeting McCartney as they rehearsed new music.
Tonight, Dan Ealey will get to see McCartney once again, this time as a guest of the band when the former Beatle plays Thompson-Boling Arena.
To Ealey, McCartney is like Beethoven. In music, both have the same stature, he said.
"When I met Paul (in 1974) I said to my friends, Who can you meet in your life that will be remembered a thousand years from now?" Ealey told WBIR on Tuesday.
"I'm certain that Paul will be one of them."

THE 27 CLUB: DYING TO GET IN
Monday Apr 03, 2023
Monday Apr 03, 2023
THE 27 CLUB has become one of the most elusive and remarkably tragic coincidences in rock & roll history. The term became widely known after Kurt Cobain’s death in 1994, with rock fans connecting his age to that of Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, Brian Jones and Jimi Hendrix – though it was notable to fans in the early 1970s when those four visionaries died within just two years of each other. When Amy Winehouse passed away at age 27 in 2011, it attracted even more attention to the significance of the age. While the club has been largely connected to musicians, it has expanded since, as many young actors and artists have lost their lives due to everything from addiction to suicide to freak accidents.
Here are some of the unfortunate and untimely losses connected to the club.

ADULT BULLYING: A GROWING CONCERN
Tuesday Mar 28, 2023
Tuesday Mar 28, 2023
BULLY PREVENTION
When adults respond quickly and consistently to bullying behavior they send the message that it is not acceptable. Research shows this can stop bullying behavior over time.
Parents, neighbors, and other adults in the community can help kids and adults alike prevent bullying by talking about it, building a safe social environment, and creating a community-wide bullying prevention strategy.
How to Deal With Adult Bullying
What Constitutes an Adult Bully?Just like children and teenagers can be bullies, so can adults. What defines an adult bully is if they regularly make you feel oppressed, belittled, humiliated, or de-energized.
The cruel actions that often lead to those feelings include personal insults, ridiculing jokes, threats, public shaming, invasion of your personal space, or unwanted personal contact.
What's the Difference Between Harassment and Bullying? Bullying and harassment are often used interchangeably when talking about hurtful or destructive behavior. They are very comparable, but in terms of definition, there's a significant difference.
Bullying and harassment are similar as they're both about:
Power and controlActs that intentionally hurt or harm another person A disproportion of power between the victim and the bully The target having trouble stopping the action directed towards themThe difference between bullying and harassment is that when the bullying behavior is directed at a target who belongs to a protected class, it's defined as harassment. Protected classes include:
RaceColorReligionSexAgeDisabilityNational originThere are numerous different types of adult bullies,1 some of which include:
Tangible/material bully: These types of bullies like to use their formal power, like being your boss or manager. Or, they have some sort of authority or control over your finances, which they use to intimidate you and others.
Verbal bully: A verbal bully likes to shame and insult you with their words. Often, they throw constant criticism or use cruel teasing. Unfortunately, sometimes the language used by these types of bullies is sexist, racist, homophobic, or threatening.
Passive-aggressive bully: You may not consider someone who is passive-aggressive to be a bully, But, this type of bully is the most cunning in some ways. They act amicable on the outside but take unexpected swings at you. Things like gossip, sarcasm, and hurtful jokes are a few ways this type of bully behaves. They may roll their eyes, make rude facial expressions and ridicule their victims by mimicking. They may also isolate their targets, causing you to feel anxious and insecure.
Cyberbully: A significant problem today is cyberbullying, especially for younger and more vulnerable adults. Regardless, anyone can be a victim of harassing emails, text messages, and social media.
Physical bully: Physical bullies can range from simulating violence by raising their fists as if they were about to strike, to throwing and breaking objects, to violent acts of physical, domestic, and sexual abuse.
What to Do If You're a BystanderThere are several things that bystanders to bullying can do:
Question the behavior of the bully to shift the focus of the interaction.Utilize humor to redirect the conversation.Remember, there is strength in numbers. Bystanders can intervene as a group to demonstrate their disagreement with bullying.Walk with the person who is the victim of bullying to help diffuse potential interactions.Check-in privately with the bullied person to let them know you disagree with it and that you care.
What to Do If You're a VictimIf you’re the victim of an adult bully, there are a few things you can do to protect yourself:
Pick and choose your battles.
Choosing how to react depends on the number and severity of the bullying behaviors. If the behavior is not excessive or harmful and you only see the bully once in a while (such as at work or the annoying relative during family gatherings), you may want to keep your distance. Because of the amount of time it can take to handle bullying behavior in many cases, consider picking your battles if it isn't directly harmful to you.
Make eye contact.
Eye contact can be significant, as bullies have less empathy when they can't see your face or your eyes. Escape if you can.
Ask if you can move your desk far away from the bully or limit your interactions with them whenever possible. If that fails, try again. Can you switch to another position in the organization?
Document the offenses.
Document every single offense and try to keep the records for as long as possible. You may need them if you want to file a complaint at work or, in some cases, a police report if the bully's actions become emotionally or physically damaging.
What to Do If You're a Perpetrator
Consider seeking emotional support or therapy. In many cases with bullies, you may have had a traumatic childhood and might have regularly endured domestic violence, physical abuse, or other forms of abuse.
Mental Health Effects of Bullying
For bystanders, bullying can have harmful effects as well. Even if you're not on the receiving end, witnessing someone being bullied for long periods can have an emotional impact. Research has found that even witnessing workplace bullying is associated with an increased risk of developing depressive symptoms over the subsequent 18 months.2
For victims, you may have trouble sleeping, feel paranoid, experience increased anxiety, and constantly feel on edge.
A Word From Verywell
If you're dealing with a bully, you know that it can take a toll in various ways. If you have any physical symptoms, like sleep issues or pain conditions triggered by the stress of bullying, you may want to contact your primary care doctor.
To help you cope with the fallout of bullying, you may want to consider working with a mental health professional. They can help you cope with symptoms of depression and anxiety, help you strengthen your self-confidence, and help you learn how to handle bullies emotionally.
Regardless, the most important thing is to utilize your support network. If you're being bullied, find support, whether it's from co-workers, friends, or family. Sometimes the best way to buffer the impact a bully has on you is to try and get by with some help from other people in your life.

The Return of Ringling Bros Circus
Monday Mar 27, 2023
Monday Mar 27, 2023
THE RETURN OF RINGLING BROTHERS BARNUN & BAILEY CIRCUSThe Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, which shut down in 2017 after a storied 146-year run of three-ring entertainment around the world, could be making a comeback.
Officials from Florida-based Feld Entertainment, which owns the circus operation, said during a recent panel discussion that a new version of the circus without animals is expected to make its debut in 2023.
Many observers believe that animal rights protests targeting Ringling Bros. contributed to a decline in ticket sales that led the company to cease operations. It grew famous on the strength of animal trainers like Gunther Gebel-Williams, among others, working with lions and tigers. The company dropped elephants from its shows in 2016 and said at the time that ticket sales declined more than expected.
For years, PETA representatives and other groups claimed the circus mistreated the elephants, tigers, lions and other animals featured in its shows.
While Ringling Bros. struggled before it shut down, the Canadian company Cirque du Soleil exploded with dozens of shows around the world, all without animals.
CLOSING ACT
The "Greatest Show on Earth" is getting its curtain call. Feld Entertainment, owner of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus said in a statement that the show will end is 146-year run in May.
The iconic circus declined in recent years due to high operating costs and long, costly legal battles with animal rights groups, such as the one to eliminate elephant acts. Ticket sales had already fallen, but they dropped more significantly than anticipated after the elephants were retired last May, according to the statement.
The company's two circus shows, Out of This World and Circus Xtreme, have 30 shows left, including appearances in Atlanta, Brooklyn and Boston. The final shows are May 7 at the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, R.I., and May 21 at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y.
"This was a difficult business decision to make, but by ending the circus tours, we will be able to concentrate on the other lines of business within the Feld Entertainment portfolio," said Juliette Feld, chief operating officer. "Now that we have made this decision, as a company, and as a family, we will strive to support our circus performers and crew in making the transition to new opportunities."
The company broke the news to circus employees Saturday night after shows in Orlando and Miami, The Associated Press reported.
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, a major critic of the circus for its treatment of animals, celebrated the announcement.

The Troubling Future of Deep Fakes
Wednesday Mar 15, 2023
Wednesday Mar 15, 2023
THE LINES ARE BLURRED LIKE NEVER BEFORE
Deepfakes (a portmanteau of "deep learning" and "fake"[1]) are synthetic media[2] in which a person in an existing image or video is replaced with someone else's likeness. While the act of creating fake content is not new, deepfakes leverage powerful techniques from machine learning and artificial intelligence to manipulate or generate visual and audio content that can more easily deceive.[3][4] The main machine learning methods used to create deepfakes are based on deep learning and involve training generative neural network architectures, such as autoencoders,[3] or generative adversarial networks (GANs).[5][6]
Deepfakes have garnered widespread attention for their potential use in creating child sexual abuse material, celebrity pornographic videos, revenge porn, fake news, hoaxes, bullying, and financial fraud.[7][8][9][10] This has elicited responses from both industry and government to detect and limit their use.[11][12]
From traditional entertainment to gaming, deepfake technology has evolved to be increasingly convincing and available to the public, allowing the disruption of the entertainment and media industries.[13]
History
Photo manipulation was developed in the 19th century and soon applied to motion pictures. Technology steadily improved during the 20th century, and more quickly with the advent of digital video.
Deepfake technology has been developed by researchers at academic institutions beginning in the 1990s, and later by amateurs in online communities.[14][15] More recently the methods have been adopted by industry.[16]

Transgender: A DefinitionA transgender person is someone whose gender identity or gender expression does not correspond with their sex assigned at birth. Many transgender people experience gender dysphoria, which they seek to alleviate through transitioning, often adopting a different name and set of pronouns in the process.
Trans, Black, Indigenous Wrestler Nyla Rose Relishes Being an Inspiration for Others
The first (and, thus far, only) out trans wrestler in a major American promotion, Rose is establishing herself as one of All Elite Wrestling’s top wrestlers.
Wrestling’s core structure is good versus evil. That story arc was on display when Rose lost to Ruby Soho, a crowd favorite, on the Dec. 22 edition of AEW Dynamite. Rose did her job masterfully well, forcing the underdog Soho to reach new heights in her quest to slay a bigger, more physical opponent.

The Transgender Dilemma
With few exceptions, a solution to any problem will bring new difficulties. These may or may not be worse than the original problem, and one must decide, not between problem and answer, but between degrees of difficulty. Is the new situation really going to be better than the last? This is undoubtedly the situation with the transsexual. It is undeniable that in the majority of cases the treated transsexual is an infinitely happier person than the one who has not undergone therapy, but as a result of this treatment there arises a host of new difficulties. Using personal experience, it is my intention to illustrate the problems which beset the transsexual before, during and after treatment. It will then be possible to ascertain whether or not, in spite of these difficulties, there is in fact a dilemma. Is there indeed any choice?

But know on behalf of Amelia and I that our love is with you and if there is anything we can do to carry on Charlies legacy, please let us know.
Charlie began training with legendary wrestling trainer Eddie Sharkey in 1989 and soon turned pro. he worked for Sharkey's PWA promotion in Minnesota and debuted for the NWA in 1993. soon after he signed with WCW later that year. WCW gave Charlie a super strong push early in 93 and by 1994 Charlie had left the company to return to his home promotion PWA where he won the tag team championship with his longtime friend Sam Houston.

How The Beatles Impacted The World
Thursday Feb 23, 2023

The Impact the Beatles Had on Society
The Beatles are one of the most iconic pop-rock groups in history and their popularity has endured through the decades. They’re important to pop culture because they had a huge impact on popular music and the lives of many people.
The Beatles are an iconic band that’s influenced society in many ways, both directly and indirectly. Their songs, albums, and covers have inspired people to discover their creativity in art. They also influenced society by simply being themselves. The Beatles brought a new trend and helped bridge the cultural gap between young people and adults by making music that appealed to both age groups.
How Did the Beatles Influence Society?
The Beatles are one of the most influential bands in history.
They had an impact on many aspects of society, including fashion, culture, and music. Many people around the world still listen to the Beatles’ songs today. The Beatles also influenced filmmaking, as many directors, cinematographers, and other crew members followed the Beatles on their tours.
It’s very hard to talk about the Beatles without mentioning their influence on society.
They were the first band to make music videos, which helped them gain popularity. They were the first band to produce a song that stayed on the charts for a long time. They were the first band to use many different styles of music, from rock to pop to classical music and jazz.
The Beatles’ Influence on America
The Beatles came to America in 1964 and the United States was never the same.
The four young musicians from England conquered a country that already had its own American rock music icons like Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bob Dylan, etc., and brought their songwriting skills and the stunning sound of four guitarists playing together to create some of the most legendary hits ever recorded.
In the Beatles’ early days in America, their songs were introduced to the public as a band called The Quarrymen. In November 1964, The Beatles played a concert at the Philadelphia Civic Center. It was the first time the Beatles performed in the United States and they had a great impact on American culture and music.
The Beatles’ first number one hit was I Want to Hold Your Hand, which entered the Billboard Hot 100 chart on January 18, 1964.
How the Beatles Changed the World
The Beatles, considered by many to be the greatest band in history, had an immense impact on society.
The band’s music is still influential today.
The Beatles helped introduce the world to the British Invasion, which revolutionized rock ‘n’ roll. They were also responsible for coining the term “Fab Four” to describe their collective personality.
The Beatles had a great influence in the 1960s to 1970s.
In their time, the Beatles had a significant impact on many of society’s most widely held beliefs. In the 1960s, the Beatles were a source of encouragement for those who felt marginalized by society, and their mixed messages about peace and war led some listeners to desire harmony.

PEDOPHILIA: THE DARK SIDE OF HOLLYWOOD
Tuesday Feb 21, 2023
Tuesday Feb 21, 2023
HOLLYWOOD PEDOPHILESWhile fame and fortune are an ever-enticing dream, few things seem less appealing than being a child star, and HBO’s Showbiz Kids (premiering July 14) certainly reinforces that feeling. Awash in anecdotes about the ways in which the industry—and the attendant hunger for the spotlight that consumes both children and parents—warps, alienates and exploits kids, it’s a documentary which illustrates that, sometimes, being nobody is far healthier, and more fulfilling, than being well-known.
Sexual misconduct is the dark cloud hovering over Showbiz Kids, and it comes to the fore when former Diff’rent Strokes star Todd Bridges recalls being molested as a child—a disclosure that, according to Evan Rachel Wood, isn’t unique, as she claims, “In my experience, I know a lot of kids that grew up in the industry. And what surprised me when I got older was finding out that pretty much all of the young men were abused in some way, sexually.” She then relays that, at a recent Golden Globes gala, she watched a pedophile (whom she doesn’t name) win an award, and had to walk out because she was so disgusted by the praise being lavished upon this monster. As she departed, she thought to herself, “I don’t know if I can do this anymore. I can’t keep watching this happen. I don’t know how to handle this. This has to stop.”

THE GEORGIA GUIDESTONES: END OF AN ERA
The Guidestones’ mysterious origins go back to the summer of 1979, when a man calling himself R. C. Christian came to Elberton in search of both a granite firm to execute his design for a monument and a suitable site for the construction of it. The man admitted that “Christian” was a pseudonym, chosen because it represented his own beliefs and those of the organization that planned and funded the project. To this day, Christian’s real name and the true identity of his organization are unknown. Christian claimed that he chose Elbert County because of its abundant supply of granite, the rural nature of its landscape, and its relatively mild climate, and because some of his ancestors had once lived in the region.---------------------------------------------------------------------Joe H. Fendley Sr., president of the Elberton Granite Finishing Company, was initially shocked when Christian first explained his plan to build a gigantic granite monument inscribed with wisdom for the ages—suggestions or directions that would lead humanity into an “age of reason.” Christian also informed Wyatt C. Martin, president of Granite City Bank, of his hope that other conservation-minded groups in the country would later erect even more stones to form an outer ring around the central structure. He told Martin that he wanted the monument to be erected in a rural area, away from crowds and tourists.
Meanwhile, Fendley put his laborers to work on the structure, which consisted of four massive blue granite slabs, one center stone (known as the Gnomen stone), and a capstone. When finally completed, the monolithic structure weighed 119 tons and contained 951 cubic feet of granite. The structure also supported more than 4,000 sandblasted characters and letters, each averaging about four inches in height. Christian and Martin selected a five-acre plot in the middle of a cow pasture, approximately seven miles north of Elberton and eight miles south of Hartwell, with a commanding view to the east and the west, on which to build the monument. The area chosen was in close proximity to what the Cherokee Indians called “Al-yeh-li A lo-Hee,”—the center of the world. The land on which the Guidestones stood is owned by Elbert County.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The inscriptions on the Guidestones were meant for current and future generations. Sandblasted along the square capstone sitting atop the structure was the basic message: “Let these be guidestones to an age of reason,” in Babylonian cuneiform, Egyptian hieroglyphics, Sanskrit, and classical Greek. The four granite slabs, each weighing 42,137 pounds and standing more than sixteen feet in height, listed ten “guides” for mankind in eight different languages. The languages represented on the four major stones were Arabic, Chinese, English, Hebrew, Hindi, Russian, Spanish, and Swahili. The engraved messages dealt with four major areas: governance and the establishment of a world government, population and reproduction control, the environment and humankind’s relationship to nature, and spirituality.
Georgia GuidestonesGeorgia GuidestonesImage from Kevin TrotmanWhile some of the “guides” were self-explanatory, others were open to discussion and interpretation. The rich variety of interpretations evoked by the Guidestones caused much controversy and debate to swirl around the hidden or intended meanings of the messages. The monument had been vandalized several times before its destruction and was the subject of various conspiracy theories, particularly those concerned with its prescriptions for population control and internationalism. According to the Guidestones, the following ten principles could ensure humankind’s future survival:
1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
2. Guide reproduction wisely — improving fitness and diversity.
3. Unite humanity with a living new language.
4. Rule Passion — Faith — Tradition — and all things with tempered reason.
5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
8. Balance personal rights with social duties.
9. Prize truth — beauty — love — seeking harmony with the infinite.
10. Be not a cancer on the earth — Leave room for nature — Leave room for nature.
Astronomical phenomena were also associated with the Guidestones. The four large upright granite slabs that composed the face of the structure were oriented to the limits of the moon’s migration during the course of the year. An eye-level, oblique hole drilled in the Gnomen stone looked upward toward the celestial heavens and oriented on Polaris, the North Star. In the middle of the Gnomen stone was a large slot with a hole cut through the granite, orienting the monument with summer and winter solstices. The Guidestones also acted as an enormous sundial. Drilled through the capstone was a seven-eighths-inch hole, which allowed sunlight to shine on the southern face of the Gnomen stone at noon.
The controversy surrounding the Guidestones came to a head in 2022. In May, Republican candidate for governor Kandiss Taylor deemed the site “satanic” and vowed to destroy it via executive order if elected. Subsequent attention on social media renewed interest in the Guidestones among evangelical Christians and fringe conspiracy theorists. In the early morning hours of July 6, 2022, an explosion destroyed part of the monument. Local and state police discovered evidence of a bomb at the scene and released camera footage of the detonation. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation demolished the Guidestones later that day, citing concerns for public safety. Their investigation remains ongoing.
The Elberton Granite Museum, in Elberton, offers an impressive display model of the Guidestones as well as a short film detailing its construction. The museum also provides free informational brochures about the Guidestones and their creation.

Three people were killed and at least five others were injured after a gunman opened fire at Michigan State University on Monday night before turning the gun on himself, officials said.
The lone suspect, a 43-year-old not affiliated with the university, shot up two separate buildings on campus and terrified students for roughly four hours while he remained at large, police said.
The five wounded victims suffered “life-threatening” injuries and were rushed to a local hospital in critical condition, MSU Police and Public Safety Interim Deputy Chief Chris Rozman said during an 11 p.m. press conference.

Body Shaming: What Is It?

BODY SHAMING: WHAT IS IT?
bod·y sham·ing
the action or practice of mocking or stigmatizing someone by making critical comments about the shape, size, or appearance of their body."she is not the only celebrity to speak up about body shaming"adjectiveexpressing mockery or criticism about the shape, size, or appearance of a person's body."the singer has been dealing not only with heartache but with nasty body-shaming comments"
What is the actual meaning of body shaming?
: the act or practice of subjecting someone to criticism or mockery for supposed bodily faults or imperfections.
What is body shaming?Body shaming involves humiliating someone by making inappropriate or negative comments about their body size or shape. As well as “fat shaming,” you may also hear negative comments if you’re underweight or in reference to a specific body part.
This type of criticism can be made to others or yourself. You may feel unhappy with your weight or how your body looks and judge yourself harshly. You may even engage in negative self-talk, such as “I feel so fat today” or “I need to stop stuffing my face with food.”
The act of body shaming can be carried out in person or remotely via the internet and social media and can be done by your parents, siblings, friends, or people you’re not even close to.
Even in a joking manner, remarks about what you eat or how much food you consume constitutes body shaming. Giving someone advice about dieting or praising weight loss is also considered body shaming, whether intentional or not. Often, your friends and family members don’t want to hurt your feelings, but their comments can still be of a critical nature. They may not realize the negative effect that questions like “Have you lost weight?” or “Do you really need to eat all of that?” can have.
While nobody is immune to societal pressures to look a certain way, comments about your body are unnecessary in any context. Whether the body shaming is being done by yourself or others, there are ways to overcome the problem, build body positivity, and learn to look at yourself in a more compassionate and realistic way.
Social media and body shamingSocial media often emphasizes physical appearance and makes it easy to post hurtful comments about others. The overall message is often that you should strive for the perfect body and find ways to hide your flaws. This can have a huge influence on your body image.
Body shaming on digital platforms is related to cyberbullying, but there are ways to fight back against those who body shame online, overcome the pain and anguish they cause, and reclaim your sense of self-worth.
See Cyberbullying: Dealing with Online Bullies.
Causes of body shamingOur “selfie” culture emphasizes outward beauty and we’re constantly bombarded with images of glamourous celebrities in magazines, advertisements, TV shows, and other types of media.
What you see every day on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram can understandably make you feel envious of others or focus your thinking on your physical appearance and any perceived flaws. You may struggle to live up to these standards and experience negative feelings and judgements about yourself. This can become destructive when it diminishes your self-worth and body image.
A fixation with how you look can create unrealistic expectations that are impossible to achieve. Even when you know that these idealized images are digitally altered or enhanced, it’s easy to fall into the trap of unfavorably comparing yourself—or others.

The New World Order: NO LONGER IN HIDING
The New World Order (NWO) is a conspiracy theory in which adherents believe that a cabal of powerful elites is secretly implementing a dystopian international governing structure that will grant them complete control over the global populace. Under this regime, dissidents will be arrested, and the masses enslaved. Supporters of the conspiracy theory claim that most global leaders are complicit in the establishment of this “New World Order,” aiding the NWO through the manufacturing of global events (such as the coronavirus pandemic and mass shootings) and controlling their associated narratives to sow civil unrest.
The NWO conspiracy theory can be found in the online chatter of fringe conspiracy theorists. While the associated rhetoric within these online groups can appear innocuous at first, this conspiracy theory presents a real-world danger, as it promotes a fatalistic worldview for adherents, possibly inciting them to commit violence against communities, infrastructure, and individuals deemed complicit in the NWO’s implementation. This cabal narrative is commonly associated with other anti-Semitic conspiracy theories that claim Jewish culpability, alleging that they are behind the orchestration of the NWO, leading to an increased danger towards Jewish communities.

Denver International Airport: What’s Going On Here?
Thursday Jan 26, 2023
Thursday Jan 26, 2023
WHAT'S REALLY HAPPENING BENEATH DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?
Since the construction of Denver International Airport (airport code=Denver, nickname=DIA) was finished in 1995, the newest airport in the United States since the 1970s, there have been innumerable conspiracy theories surrounding it. Many of these theories are somewhat supported in a loose fashion by various aspects of the airport from the art that is there to the sheer number of unused buildings and airplane hangars.
Below, I’ll talk about some of the things that people have theorized about since the airport’s inception and whether these thoughts might have the backing or not. To start, you need to know a little bit about its background and the building of the airport itself.
These facts lead many conspiracy theorists to surmise that there are things going on at Denver International Airport that people do not want others to know about. Because of the design changes as well as the contract disputes leading to many different workers on the job under different contractors, it is thought that nobody really knows the true scope of the project because its architects wanted it that way.
Denver International Airport Construction WorkersBuilding D.I.A. Photo: courtesy of Denver International AirportThere are known to be as many as 6 underground levels below the ground floor of DIA and possibly more that are not even known about. Beyond that, there are theories that tunnels exist all the way from the Colorado Springs Air Force Base to DIA and from the Air Force Base to the Cheyenne Mountain Complex in the Rocky Mountains outside of Colorado Springs.
The difference in budget certainly leaves room for raised eyebrows as well. Why would it cost so much more money to complete the project than originally estimated? Are there other things that were added later to the project that made it so expensive? The theories can be endless, and they are. Yet, these are legitimate questions that need to be asked; why did the final project cost so much more?
The Artwork
For all public projects in the City of Denver, 1 percent of the budget for each project has to be allocated towards public art to be put on display there. Because of this, there is a lot of great artwork in DIA. But, some of that art plays right into the hands of conspiracy theorists.
Field of Air by Ned Kahn Denver International Airport Conspiracy TheoriesField of Air by Ned Kahn at D.I.A. Photo: courtesy of Denver International AirportFor instance, besides Blucifer, the demon eyes horse sculpture that killed artist Luis Jimenez during construction, there are 2 other massive murals by Leo Tanguma, which have been theorized to foretell the actual purpose of the airport through messages hidden within the work. You can read a more in-depth article on these murals here.
Just taking an initial look at the Tanguma works titled Children of the World Dream of Peace, and In Peace and Harmony with Nature, they show the darker sides of what DIA has been theorized to be. Themes of death, genocide, and an apocalyptic single government world, are seen clearly in the murals despite the uplifting meanings that Tanguma says are the true message.
The Dedication Capstone
In the Great Hall of DIA, there is a plaque that is a dedication to the airport. On it you might think that the main contributors to the airport might have been the City of Denver or the State of Colorado, however the first name listed on the stone as a contributor is an organization called The New World Airport Commission.
D.I.A. Dedication Capstone BrailleD.I.A. Capstone in braille. Photo: K W ReinschThis might not seem odd to the casual observer but with a little research, you will find that no organization exists or has existed. The capstone of the airport names an organization that sounds eerily like The New World Order, a supposedly secret society that has far-reaching control from behind the scenes. People often think that DIA was built by them to weather out an apocalypse or extinction event of some kind.
Underneath this capstone, there is also a time capsule said to be opened in 2094. Nobody knows what is in the time capsule but there are theories abound pertaining to the secrets or clues that might be locked within underneath this curious dedication to stone of the airport.
The Tunnels and Underground Buildings
There have long been outspoken people who claim to have gone down many levels under DIA and to have seen the tunnels firsthand. In this article in Westword Magazine, the author talks with Alex Christopher, an older woman who is at the heart of this conspiracy.
Just after the airport was built, she met some people at a conference in Denver who took her down there, and later she returned with her friend Phil Schneider. After that, Schneider turned up dead of an apparent suicide. Obviously, fellow theorists are skeptical about that and consider it more of an assassination. Christopher went silent after that but has recently been working on a new film.
Also, while the airport was being built, there were 5 buildings that were built below, but for some reason needed to be abandoned. Instead of destroying them, another infrastructure was built on top leading many to wonder just what might be going on in those buildings underneath the ground level.
Airport Layout and Other Buildings
As with many of the aspects of DIA that play into the hands of conspiracy theorists, the buildings and layout of the airport do as well. Not only is DIA the second largest airport in the world regarding land mass, but there are an untold number of extra buildings and hangars on the property that seem unneeded for a typical airport. What are those buildings for and why did DIA need so much land to sit on?
Beyond that, looking at a bird’s eye view of DIA, all the runways and terminals together can be construed in the shape of a swastika. There can be interpreted Nazi themes in artwork previously mentioned so the layout of the airport seems very curious with both on its grounds.
Furthermore, all the fences at DIA also have barbed wire curiously facing inward. Some theories around DIA suspect that it will be used as a prison or concentration camp in the future, so this wire is thought to be there to keep people in, not out.
Other Thoughts on What Happens at DIA
There have been many other theories about DIA. Some think it is the host of ‘Area 52’, aptly named after the real United States Government ‘secret’ base, Area 51. While theories about Area 51 are ubiquitous about aliens, downed UFOs, and extraterrestrial life being held there, many people believe that DIA also may have unknown government secrets stored deep underneath it as well.
More reasonably, people surmise that DIA will be the United States Militaries’ headquarters if a war breaks out on its home soil or for other similar reasons. There is enough room for airplanes to be stored, barracks underneath, and infrastructure above for operations as needed.
DIA is also under new renovations slated to be completed in 2021 with much of the current airport being worked on behind new barriers that help jokingly question what is really happening there. You never know what new conspiracy theories will pop up now that DIA is under construction again. The theories of old will always grasp at straws but with new construction comes new thoughts on what the New World Order or others might be up to with Denver International Airport.
We highly encourage anyone going to DIA to check out the plaques, murals, and other oddities throughout the airport which have been written about by countless different theorists. Not only are they interesting to see and experience firsthand, but they also might leave visitors with a lot more questions than answers.

Lisa Marie Presley Tribute ShowLisa Marie Presley (February 1, 1968 – January 12, 2023) was an American singer and songwriter. She was the only child of singer and actor Elvis Presley and actress Priscilla Presley, as well as the sole heir to her father's estate after her grandfather and her great-grandmother died.Presley's parents divorced when she was four years old. When her father died in August 1977, nine-year-old Presley became joint heir to his estate with her 61-year-old grandfather, Vernon Presley, and Vernon's 87-year-old mother, Minnie Mae Presley, née Hood. Through Minnie Mae, Lisa Marie was a descendant of the Harrison family of Virginia. Upon the deaths of her grandfather in 1979 and her great-grandmother in 1980, she became Elvis’ sole heir; on her 25th birthday in 1993, she inherited the estate, which had grown to an estimated $100 million. Presley sold 85 percent of her father's estate in 2004.

Deals with the Devil: The Devils Music
Thursday Jan 19, 2023

The Devils MusicAccording to conspiracy theories, the Rain Man is a powerful demon who makes deals with those who aspire to make it big in the industry. With the noun "rain", it is defined as water falling as rain, rainwater, and anything watery. According to the theories, rain can also be defined as one who receives abundant blessings from above. This is actually a unisexual title that can be used for both genders. The word "umbrella" is also synonymous with the Rain Man. The word umbrella is derived from a Latin word meaning "shadow" or under the influence of "Umbra". It can also be used in reference to a paranormal entity such as a ghost. Many cite the usage of the word in H. P. Lovecraft's book Necronomicon in which an umbra is one of the globes of Yog-Sothoth. In the Necronomicon, it states that Yog-Sothoth could bestow great riches on whoever bestows onto him a woman.

AARON CARTER: DEATH OF A POP STAR
The death certificate for Aaron Carter has revealed that the late singer’s body was cremated just days after he died.
Andy Symonds, the co-author of Carter’s controversial unfinished memoir — the publication of which has since been put on hold — wrote in the book that Carter had told him he struggled with taking Xanax and huffing canned air like Dust Off. According to Symonds, he wasn’t doing either in 2019 as they worked on the book about the highs and lows of his life.
Aaron Carter's memoir release date has been pushed back amid controversy from his friends and family.
Aaron Carter’s memoir delayed ‘out of respect’ for his familyThe “I Want Candy” singer became famous at a very young age as he sought to stand out in his talented family, which includes his older brother Nick, a member of the Backstreet Boys.
Carter opened for the Backstreet Boys in Germany at the age of 8. His “Aaron’s Party” album was certified Triple Platinum when he was 12.
He allegedly got into drugs at an early age as well. In his book, originally planned for publication on Tuesday, Nov. 15, he revealed he started smoking weed when he was around 11. He claimed he spent $30,000 on ecstasy one summer when he was 15.
Carter said he dabbled in heroin, but quit it after getting sick. He also got into Xanax and said he took some from another patient while at the Betty Ford Center in Palm Desert — a trip he claimed Nick paid for because he was taking “more Xanax at that point than ever before.”
It’s unclear what Carter’s relationship with drugs was when he died. Symonds said he last spoke with Carter in April 2021. Symonds said they met three times in person in 2019 and 2020 for the project.
In the book, Carter describes some eerie bathtub moments.
He recalled falling asleep in a tub as a young child star in need of a break.
“I remember locking myself in the bathroom of one of our hotel rooms and falling asleep in the bathtub because I needed more sleep,” he wrote. “My mom broke down the door, afraid I was drowning in there.”
He said shortly after his 18th birthday, he booked a trip to Amsterdam, where he overdid it with mushrooms.
“I was all alone tripping, talking to the bathtub, watching the curtains, and having all these emotional highs and lows, seeing everything from rainbows to lightning,” he wrote. “I always overdid everything.”
In the memoir, Carter claimed he was always suicidal, but never planned to actually do it.
“I was always suicidal, especially through those years. I never attempted suicide, but never had anyone to talk to about it,” he wrote. “But I knew I loved life too much to actually do it.”
Since his death, those close to him have offered tributes. He leaves behind a son, Prince, who turns a year old on Nov. 22. Prince’s mom is Carter’s on-again, off-again fiancée, Melanie Martin.

Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter says he got a restraining order against his brother Aaron after he allegedly confessed intentions of killing his pregnant wife and unborn child. His statement below
In September 2019, Nick Carter filed a restraining order against Aaron after he made a series of disturbing comments about his older brother’s wife and child.
Nick said in a statement, "In light of Aaron’s increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confessions that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child, we were left with no choice but to take every measure possible to protect ourselves and our family.”
However, Aaron denied his brother’s claims and said he hadn’t spoken to him in years.

Aaron Carter's rep claims the singer NEVER told an entertainment reporter Michael Jackson gave him cocaine and alcohol when he was 15 years old ... and says the reporter COMPLETELY FABRICATED the story.
The controversy stems from an article that ran in OK! Magazine in Australia, written by international journalist Daphne Barak. In the article, Carter was quoted as saying, "Yes, [MJ] gave me wine. I mean, I could have refused, but I was 15. As for drugs? He gave me cocaine."
But Carter's rep tells TMZ, "Nothing was said that was reported" ... and directed us toward a YouTube video of the interview with Barak ... which seems to back up Aaron's side of the story.
UPDATE: A rep for Barak tells TMZ, "Aaron Carter told Daphne Barak in his lengthy interview in Spain, that Michael Jackson gave him alcohol and cocaine while he was 15. He also said that Michael invited him to sleep in his room, and when Aaron woke up at 5:00 AM, he found Michael on his bed."

How Fake News Changed Our World
Thursday Jan 05, 2023
Thursday Jan 05, 2023
THE DANGERS OF FAKE NEWSSORTING THE FACT FROM THE FICTIONThe issue of “fake news” has been a dominant theme in the headlines for several years. How do we define a term that has come to mean so many different things to different people?
At its core, we are defining “fake news” as those news stories that are false: the story itself is fabricated, with no verifiable facts, sources or quotes. Sometimes these stories may be propaganda that is intentionally designed to mislead the reader, or may be designed as “clickbait” written for economic incentives (the writer profits on the number of people who click on the story).
However, it’s important to acknowledge that “fake news” is a complex and nuanced problem, one that is far greater than the narrow definition above. The term itself has become politicized, and is widely used to discredit any opposing viewpoint. Some people use it to cast doubt on their opponents, controversial issues or the credibility of some media organizations. In addition, technological advances such as the advent of social media enable fake news stories to proliferate quickly and easily as people share more and more information online. Increasingly, we rely on online information to understand what is happening in our world.

Religious Vs Spiritual/Was Jesus Married?
Thursday Dec 22, 2022
Thursday Dec 22, 2022
Origins of Religions and Spirituality
Religion: Religions are most often based upon the lives, teachings, and beliefs of a historical or archetypal figure (e.g., Christ, Buddha, Moses, Krishna, Muhammad). The details of their lives as holy or highly evolved beings have been carried to us across the mists of time through oral tradition and written scriptures. These figures are the subject of worship and devotion and form the foundation of religious practices and rituals in a community.
Spirituality: By contrast, spirituality is more often based upon the practical application of the founder’s teachings. Spiritual aspirants heed the advice of Japanese poet Matsuo Basho, “Do not seek to follow in the footsteps of the wise. Seek what they sought.”
Religious Vs Spiritual/Was Jesus Married? An ancient manuscript in the vaults of the British library is all set to change history.Jesus married the prostitute Mary Magdalene and had children, according to a manuscript almost 1,500 years old unearthed at the British Library. The so-called “Lost Gospel”, which has been translated from Aramaic, allegedly reveals the startling new allegations, according to The Sunday Times.Professor Barrie Wilson and writer Simcha Jacobovic spent months translating the text, which they claim states Jesus had two children and the original Virgin Mary was Jesus’s wife and not his mother.
The New Testament does not tell us directly whether Jesus was married or not. Given the lack of an explicit statement on the matter, one might think there can be no objection to the suggestion that Jesus was married, or at least might have been. One might even suppose that it doesn’t matter one way or the other. However, much more is at stake here than the question of Jesus’ marital status, as a review of the history of discussions of this matter will make clear. Thus, in addressing the issue of whether Jesus was married, we will not only be answering that question but will also be learning quite a bit about Jesus and at the same time debunking some radically erroneous claims about him.

RETURN TO AMITYVILLE
Back in the early 1970s, a horrible murder took place in this house on Ocean Avenue in Amityville. The Lutz family moved in afterward and claimed they were haunted by evil spirits and demons. The book they wrote about the experience became a famous film in 1979. One of the most famous homes in America, the house has since changed owners many times.
The original address was 112 Ocean Avenue but has since been changed to 108 Ocean Avenue to thwart lookie-loosThe house was built in 1927Tragedy struck on November 13, 1974, when Ronald DeFeo Jr. shot and killed six members of his family with a .35 caliber rifle while they were asleepNone of their neighbors heard any gunshots and seemingly none of the family members woke up from the shotsAll of the family members were found in the same position - face down in their bedsDeFeo initially claimed a mafia hitman killed his family though he later admitted to the murdersThere is speculation that a second killer might have been involved but evidence has been inconclusiveOver the years DeFeo’s story has changedRonald DeFeo Jr. was found guilty and is still serving a life sentence in prison for the murdersSome claim that Defeo might not have committed the murders on his ownThe Lutz family purchased the home over a year later for $88,000They stayed in the house for only 28 days
Cover of the original book.
The Lutz family published the book “The Amityville Horror” in 1977 detailing the terrors they claimed they experienced after moving into the homeTo date, reports say that over 10 million copies of the book have been soldThe book was made into a 1979 movie starring James Brolin and Margot KidderThere have been more than a dozen movies made about the haunting since then, with some lists featuring more than 20 films
Experts have since debunked the Lutz’s story
In fact, the Lutz’s lawyer later admitted to the hoax quoted as saying “We created this horror story over many bottles of wine… It is a hoax”
One of the Lutz children, Daniel, claimed in a later documentary as an adult that he did experience supernatural phenomenon in the house.Another Lutz child, Christopher, also claimed to have had a creepy experience in the house.Although both children say the events detailed in the book are mostly fictional they both blame their step-father George for bringing on any supernatural phenomenon as they say that he dabbled in the occult
People still go to visit the home to take pictures even though the exterior has been renovated and the iconic quarter moon windows have been replacedOwners since the Lutz Family have NOT had any supernatural or creepy experiences in the houseThe next owner after the Lutzes reportedly purchased the home for $55,000In 2010, the house was purchased for $950,000In 2016, the house was put up for sale for $850,000In 2016, the house became Realtor.com’s most searched house.
A report says that the house sold for $605,000 in March 2017A listing describes the house as a “Stately Center Hall Colonial On Amityville River. Large Boat House + 2 Car Garage Plus Boat Slip. Mint Condition”You can see a slide show of the interior and exterior grounds on Zillow. Zillow describes it as a “Legendary Amityville Home” and lists its value at $663,877
Ronald DeFeo Jr. then 23, gunned down his parents and four siblings there on November 13, 1974. The notorious killer died behind bars on March 12 2021 at 69.

THE AMITYVILLE HOUSE OF HORROS
The quaint-looking house at 112 Ocean Avenue was the scene of the grisly DeFeo murders before the Lutz family claimed to endure paranormal terror there that inspired The Amityville Horror.
Paranormal investigators the late Ed & Lorraine Warren claimed to have communicated with the spirits in the house.
In the early morning hours of Nov. 13, 1974, one Amityville house in Long Island, New York became more than a mere suburban home. Instead, it became a ghastly crime scene, as Ronald DeFeo Jr. skulked the halls with a rifle and killed his parents and four of his siblings in their sleep.
He later claimed that there were voices in his head urging him to kill, and some believe to this day that he was indeed hearing evil spirits that resided within the so-called Amityville Horror house at 112 Ocean Avenue.
Despite the widely-publicized 1974 killings, numerous families have since moved in and out of the house, now listed as 108 Ocean Avenue. Meanwhile, the purportedly paranormal occurrences that happened here have spawned a slew of books and films like The Amityville Horror, which have kept tourists flocking to the house ever since.
Though DeFeo's grisly crimes were all too real, is it possible that he was actually under the control of evil spirits that inhabited the house and haunted the Lutz family that moved in soon after? Either way, the images above and the stories below take you inside the Amityville Horror house, the scene of both one of the grisliest crimes and most notorious alleged hauntings in modern history.

unSOCIAL MEDIA and The Dangers That LIE Within
Tuesday Dec 06, 2022
Tuesday Dec 06, 2022
THE VASTNESS OF THE INTERNET
AND unSOCIAL MEDIACensorship occurs when individuals or groups try to prevent others from saying, printing, or depicting words and images.
Censors seek to limit freedom of thought and expression by restricting spoken words, printed matter, symbolic messages, freedom of association, books, art, music, movies, television programs, and Internet sites. When the government engages in censorship, First Amendment freedoms are implicated.
Various groups have banned or attempted to ban books since the invention of the printing press. Censored or challenged works include the Bible, The American Heritage Dictionary, The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, To Kill A Mockingbird, and the works of children’s authors J. K. Rowling and Judy Blume.
The First Amendment guarantees freedom of speech and press, integral elements of democracy. Since Gitlow v. New York (1925), the Supreme Court has applied the First Amendment freedoms of speech and press to the states through the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.WHY WE ARE LEAVING YOUTUBE OUT OF PROTEST IN FAVOR OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.
Apparently someone had forgotten to tell the administrators of YouTube that the right to free expression (IN ALL FORMS) is a right of passage and an inalianable God given right as a citizen of the free world. I was, WAS that way, and is STILL Is that way. In other words ladies and gentlemen, nothing has changed from that time till now. Literally nothing has changed. NOT EVEN 9/1102001 has changed that. So why does YouTube have the right to freely at will, ban, block, delete and even elimainate people’s accounts randomly at will? The short answer is: THEY DON'T. The real answer is much more complicated and quite convoluted. Private actors — for example, corporations that own radio stations — also can engage in forms of censorship, but this presents no First Amendment implications as no governmental, or state, action is involved.Suffice it to say as succinctly as possible, we cannot and we WILL NOT allow ourselves to be BULLIED, BEATEN DOWN or BANNED FROM OUR GOD GIVEN INALIENABLE RIGHT TO LIFE LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS NOR WILL WE BE THE VICTIMS OF VERBAL SUPPRESSION OR STIFLING AT THE HANDS OF A STRONG ARMING TACTICS PERPETRATED BY A BRANCH OF THE UNSOCIAL MEDIA’S GESTAPO CENSORSHIP DETAIL. 9/11/01 An Expose'On September 11, 2001, 19 militants associated with the Islamic extremist group al Qaeda hijacked four airplanes and carried out suicide attacks against targets in the United States. Two of the planes were flown into the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, a third plane hit the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C., and the fourth plane crashed in a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Almost 3,000 people were killed during the 9/11 terrorist attacks, which triggered major U.S. initiatives to combat terrorism and defined the presidency of George W. Bush.

THE JFK ASSASSINATION NOV 22 1963: 59 YEARS LATER & STILL A MYSTERY
Tuesday Nov 22, 2022
Tuesday Nov 22, 2022
THE GREAT FALL OF CAMELOT
Shortly after noon on November 22, 1963, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated as he rode in a motorcade through Dealey Plaza in downtown Dallas, Texas.
By the fall of 1963, President John F. Kennedy and his political advisers were preparing for the next presidential campaign. Although he had not formally announced his candidacy, it was clear that President Kennedy was going to run and he seemed confident about his chances for re-election.
At the end of September, the president traveled west, speaking in nine different states in less than a week. The trip was meant to put a spotlight on natural resources and conservation efforts. But JFK also used it to sound out themes—such as education, national security, and world peace—for his run in 1964.
Mrs. Kennedy would accompany him on the swing through Texas, which would be her first extended public appearance since the loss of their baby, Patrick, in August. On November 21, the president and first lady departed on Air Force One for the two-day, five-city tour of Texas.
President Kennedy was aware that a feud among party leaders in Texas could jeopardize his chances of carrying the state in 1964, and one of his aims for the trip was to bring Democrats together. He also knew that a relatively small but vocal group of extremists was contributing to the political tensions in Texas and would likely make its presence felt—particularly in Dallas, where US Ambassador to the United Nations Adlai Stevenson had been physically attacked a month earlier after making a speech there. Nonetheless, JFK seemed to relish the prospect of leaving Washington, getting out among the people and into the political fray.
A light rain was falling on Friday morning, November 22, but a crowd of several thousand stood in the parking lot outside the Texas Hotel where the Kennedys had spent the night. A platform was set up and the president, wearing no protection against the weather, came out to make some brief remarks. "There are no faint hearts in Fort Worth," he began, "and I appreciate your being here this morning. Mrs. Kennedy is organizing herself. It takes longer, but, of course, she looks better than we do when she does it." He went on to talk about the nation's need for being "second to none" in defense and in space, for continued growth in the economy and "the willingness of citizens of the United States to assume the burdens of leadership."
The warmth of the audience response was palpable as the president reached out to shake hands amidst a sea of smiling faces.
Back inside the hotel the president spoke at a breakfast of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, focusing on military preparedness. "We are still the keystone in the arch of freedom," he said. "We will continue to do…our duty, and the people of Texas will be in the lead."
On to DallasThe presidential party left the hotel and went by motorcade to Carswell Air Force Base for the thirteen-minute flight to Dallas. Arriving at Love Field, President and Mrs. Kennedy disembarked and immediately walked toward a fence where a crowd of well-wishers had gathered, and they spent several minutes shaking hands.
The first lady received a bouquet of red roses, which she brought with her to the waiting limousine. Governor John Connally and his wife, Nellie, were already seated in the open convertible as the Kennedys entered and sat behind them. Since it was no longer raining, the plastic bubble top had been left off. Vice President and Mrs. Johnson occupied another car in the motorcade.
The procession left the airport and traveled along a ten-mile route that wound through downtown Dallas on the way to the Trade Mart where the President was scheduled to speak at a luncheon.
The AssassinationCrowds of excited people lined the streets and waved to the Kennedys. The car turned off Main Street at Dealey Plaza around 12:30 p.m. As it was passing the Texas School Book Depository, gunfire suddenly reverberated in the plaza.
Bullets struck the president's neck and head and he slumped over toward Mrs. Kennedy. The governor was shot in his back.
The car sped off to Parkland Memorial Hospital just a few minutes away. But little could be done for the President. A Catholic priest was summoned to administer the last rites, and at 1:00 p.m. John F. Kennedy was pronounced dead. Though seriously wounded, Governor Connally would recover.
The president's body was brought to Love Field and placed on Air Force One. Before the plane took off, a grim-faced Lyndon B. Johnson stood in the tight, crowded compartment and took the oath of office, administered by US District Court Judge Sarah Hughes. The brief ceremony took place at 2:38 p.m.
Less than an hour earlier, police had arrested Lee Harvey Oswald, a recently hired employee at the Texas School Book Depository. He was being held for the assassination of President Kennedy and the fatal shooting, shortly afterward, of Patrolman J. D. Tippit on a Dallas street.
On Sunday morning, November 24, Oswald was scheduled to be transferred from police headquarters to the county jail. Viewers across America watching the live television coverage suddenly saw a man aim a pistol and fire at point blank range. The assailant was identified as Jack Ruby, a local nightclub owner. Oswald died two hours later at Parkland Hospital.

Jonestown The Aftermath of The Peoples Temple Cult
Thursday Nov 17, 2022
Thursday Nov 17, 2022
Jonestown The AftermathThe “Jonestown Massacre” occurred on November 18, 1978, when more than 900 members of an American cult called the Peoples Temple died in a mass suicide-murder under the direction of their leader Jim Jones (1931-78). It took place at the so-called Jonestown settlement in the South American nation of Guyana. Jones had founded what became the Peoples Temple in Indiana in the 1950s, then relocated his congregation to California in the 1960s. In the 1970s, following negative media attention, the powerful, controlling preacher moved with some 1,000 of his followers to the Guyanese jungle, where he promised they would establish a utopian community. On November 18, 1978, U.S. Representative Leo Ryan, who had gone to Jonestown to investigate claims of abuse, was murdered along with four members of his delegation. That same day, Jones ordered his followers to ingest poison-laced punch while armed guards stood by.

CHEMTRAILS: TOXIC SKIES
The story goes like this: tens of thousands of commercial airliners a day are deliberately spraying some kind of mixture of toxic chemicals—either across the United States, or possibly globally—in what would amount to one of the largest covert operations ever. The scheme has been going on for years, perhaps decades. The goal: everything from large-scale weather modification to mass population or mind control. The motive presumably would vary with the goal, but it is typically seen as a version of powerful business, government, and military interests covering up even worse deeds.
Except none of this is true.
“Chemtrails” are not real. The US Environmental Protection Agency says so (EPA, 2000). Scientists say so. Contrails, made up of water vapor, have been a byproduct of aviation ever since humans began to fly using jet engines.
An online essay might have been the first piece of writing connecting contrails to chemical spraying, even if it did not use the term “chemtrails”, was a 1996 Air Force paper on proposals to engage in weather modification in conjunction with the High frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). This helped fuel speculation of military links among conspiracy theorists leading to online commentary under titles like: “Military Industrial Complex Takes Charge, Blasts Skies With Chemtrails”.

THE UFO CRASH AT ROSWELL2022 marks the 75th anniversary of an incident, where believers say an extraterrestrial spacecraft crashed in Roswell New Mexico.
With scattered debris and possibly alien bodies – being recovered by the US government, the Roswell Incident marked the beginning of a national and worldwide cover-up.
What really happened at Roswell, and why does this mystery still attract such interest and controversy, decades later?
The Roswell incident begins on 24 June 1947 when pilot Kenneth Arnold was flying over the Cascade Mountains of Washington State in the US, helping to search for a crashed military aircraft.
He saw 9 crescent-shaped objects flying in formation at a height of around 3km (10,000ft) and an estimated speed of approximately 1,900km/h: seemingly impossible at the time.
Arnold described the movement of the objects as being, "like a saucer would if you skipped it over water. The media got hold of the story, coined the phrase flying saucer and a modern mystery was born
This wasn’t the first sighting of what we now call a UFO (unidentified flying object), but it was the first to capture the public imagination, making news headlines around the world.
More reports were received, suggesting these sightings were commonplace but had previously gone unreported.
On 7 July a local rancher named ‘Mac’ Brazel contacted the sheriff in Roswell to say he’d discovered strange debris spread over the ranch.
He’d found it days earlier but hadn’t thought much of it until the stories about flying saucers emerged.
Thinking there might be a connection and guessing something might have crashed during a recent storm, he alerted the authorities.
He’d brought some samples of the debris, and when the sheriff contacted the nearby Army airbase, intelligence officer Jesse Marcel went to the crash site with Brazel and recovered more debris.
Nowadays, with the 24/7 news cycle, internet, social media and an activist community of UFO researchers, such a claim – and U-turn – would no doubt cause controversy and conspiracy on a grand scale.

THE SEARCH FOR BIGFOOT

Tuesday Nov 08, 2022
THE SEARCH FOR BIGFOOTSasquatch is variably described as a primate ranging from 6 to 15 feet (2 to 4.5 metres) tall, standing erect on two feet, often giving off a foul smell, and either moving silently or emitting a high-pitched cry. Footprints have measured up to 24 inches (60 cm) in length and 8 inches (20 cm) in width. A Soviet scientist, Boris Porshnev, suggested that Sasquatch and his Siberian counterpart, the Almas, could be a remnant of Neanderthals, but most scientists do not recognize the creature’s existence.

MARILYN MONROE REVISITED

Thursday Nov 03, 2022
MARILYN MONROE REVISITEDMonroe studied with Lee Strasberg at the Actors’ Studio in New York City, and in The Seven Year Itch (1955) and Bus Stop (1956) she began to emerge as a talented comedian. In 1956 she married playwright Arthur Miller and briefly retired from moviemaking, although she costarred with Laurence Olivier in The Prince and the Showgirl (1957). She won critical acclaim for the first time as a serious actress for Some Like It Hot (1959). Her last film, the drama The Misfits (1961), was written by Miller specifically for Monroe, though their marriage disintegrated during production; they divorced in 1961.
In 1962 Monroe began filming the comedy Something’s Got to Give. However, she was frequently absent from the set because of illnesses, and in May she traveled to New York City to attend a gala where she famously sang “Happy Birthday” to Pres. John F. Kennedy, with whom she was allegedly having an affair. In June Monroe was fired from the film. Although she was later rehired, work never resumed. —she was also rumoured to have had an affair with U.S. Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy—or that she had information linking the two men to organized crime. Although there was insufficient evidence to support these claims, conspiracy theories persisted.
In their first runs, Monroe’s 23 movies grossed a total of more than $200 million, and her fame surpassed that of any other entertainer of her time. Her early image as a dumb and seductive blonde gave way in later years to the tragic figure of a sensitive and insecure woman unable to escape the pressures of Hollywood. Her vulnerability and sensuousness combined with her needless death eventually raised her to the status of an American cultural icon.

Native American Heritage Month
Tuesday Nov 01, 2022
Tuesday Nov 01, 2022
Native American Heritage MonthWhat started at the turn of the century as an effort to gain a day of recognition for the significant contributions the first Americans made to the establishment and growth of the U.S., has resulted in a whole month being designated for that purpose.
One of the very proponents of an American Indian Day was Dr. Arthur C. Parker, a Seneca Indian, who was the director of the Museum of Arts and Science in Rochester, N.Y. He persuaded the Boy Scouts of America to set aside a day for the “First Americans” and for three years they adopted such a day. In 1915, the annual Congress of the American Indian Association meeting in Lawrence, Kans., formally approved a plan concerning American Indian Day. It directed its president, Rev. Sherman Coolidge, an Arapahoe, to call upon the country to observe such a day. Coolidge issued a proclamation on Sept. 28, 1915, which declared the second Saturday of each May as an American Indian Day and contained the first formal appeal for recognition of Indians as citizens. The year before this proclamation was issued, Red Fox James, a Blackfoot Indian, rode horseback from state to state seeking approval for a day to honor Indians. On December 14, 1915, he presented the endorsements of 24 state governments at the White House. There is no record, however, of such a national day being proclaimed. The first American Indian Day in a state was declared on the second Saturday in May 1916 by the governor of New York. Several states celebrate the fourth Friday in September. In Illinois, for example, legislators enacted such a day in 1919. Presently, several states have designated Columbus Day as Native American Day, but it continues to be a day we observe without any recognition as a national legal holiday. In 1990 President George H. W. Bush approved a joint resolution designating November 1990 “National American Indian Heritage Month.” Similar proclamations, under variants on the name (including “Native American Heritage Month” and “National American Indian and Alaska Native Heritage Month”) have been issued each year since 1994.

Quasi-religious group Love Has Won claimed to offer wellness advice and self-care products, but what was actually being dished out by their late leader Amy Carlson Stroud—self-professed “Mother God”—was much darker. How our current conspiritualist culture is to blame.
Close to midnight on the 28th, authorities raided Lamboy’s house. According to the sheriff’s office statement(opens in new tab), from the hallway between the kitchen and living room area, authorities could see the corpse in the back bedroom. There, police found a shrine and mummified remains. The small body was grayish, teeth visible, with what appeared to be glitter around the eye sockets, although the eyes seemed to be gone. Wrapped in a sleeping bag, the body was decorated with Christmas lights.

PSYCHICS & THE BIBLE WITH KEVIN SCHOEPPEL (PART II)

Thursday Oct 20, 2022
PSYCHICS & THE BIBLE WITH KEVIN SCHOEPPELKevin Schoeppel, a seventeen year old Christian boy, tries to make conversation with fifteen year old Tami, while the two are on a church youth retreat together. The conversation takes an unexpected turn for Kevin when Tami tells him that she already knows the future, and tells him what’s going to happen.
When three weeks have passed, and all of Tami’s predictions have come true, a very awestruck Kevin is filled with questions. He begins by asking Tami how she knows the future. She replies, “I don’t know. I just know.” Kevin then turns to one of the youth leaders in his church for answers and is told, “That is not of God. I would stay away from that person.”
That was enough for Kevin. When you’re a Christian in love with a beautiful psychic, what do you do? Kevin began by questioning his beliefs, including whether the Bible was really God’s Word or not.
Once he had enough evidence to be fully convinced that the Bible really was God’s Word, Kevin studied it thoroughly to find out what it really had to say about psychics, mediums, spiritual gifts, spirits, the afterlife, and the Holy Spirit. And he got surprising answers that didn’t match the traditional Christian beliefs that he had been raised with.
In The Bible: The Truth About Psychics & Spiritual Gifts, Kevin shares with you what he learned — directly from the Bible:
• That psychic and mediumship abilities are true spiritual gifts• That God does not hate psychics — he loves them, just as they are• We must test everything, and hold on to what is good• Why no one can Biblically prove that all psychic ability comes from demons• Where we all will go when we depart our physical lives• How a medium succeeded in healing what a pastor could not heal• If you should charge money or not for using your spiritual gift• What spiritual gifts exist, what they are for, how we receive them, and how we discover which ones we have
— along with Kevin’s own stories of his encounters with psychics and mediums.

THE STRANGE JOURNEY OF HEAVENS GATE
Thursday Oct 13, 2022
Thursday Oct 13, 2022
HEAVENS GATE
Heaven’s Gate, was a religious group founded in the United States on a belief in unidentified flying objects. Under a variety of names over the years, including Human Individual Metamorphosis, Bo and Peep, and Total Overcomers Anonymous, the group advocated extreme self-renunciation to the point of castration. It burst into public consciousness following the suicide of 39 of its members in a suburb of San Diego, California, in March 1997.
Founders Marshall H. Applewhite (1932–1997) and Bonnie Nettles (1927–1985) met in 1972 and soon became convinced that they were the two “endtime” witnesses mentioned in Revelation 11. In 1975 they held gatherings in California and Oregon that attracted their initial followers. Those who attached themselves to “The Two” dropped out of society and prepared for the “transition” to a new life on a spaceship.

Tuesday Oct 11, 2022
JONESTOWNOn November 18, 1978, Peoples Temple founder Jim Jones leads hundreds of his followers in a mass murder-suicide at their agricultural commune in a remote part of the South American nation of Guyana. Many of Jones’ followers willingly ingested a poison-laced punch while others were forced to do so at gunpoint. The final death toll at Jonestown that day was 909; a third of those who perished were children.Jonestown did not turn out to be the paradise their leader had promised. Temple members worked long days in the fields and were subjected to harsh punishments if they questioned Jones’ authority. Their passports were confiscated, their letters home censored and members were encouraged to inform on one another and forced to attend lengthy, late-night meetings. Jones, by then in declining mental health and addicted to drugs, was convinced the U.S. government and others were out to destroy him. He required Temple members to participate in mock suicide drills in the middle of the night.

David Koresh & The Branch Davidians

Thursday Oct 06, 2022
THE SIEGE AT WACO (TEXAS)On Feb. 28, 1993, federal law enforcement agents came face-to-face with the Branch Davidians, a controversial group whose followers described themselves as “students of the Bible,” outside the Mount Carmel compound, where about 130 of them lived.
The standoff between federal agents and the Branch Davidians outside Waco, Texas, dominated headlines for months. The siege left 75 people – including children – dead and changed the way some Americans felt about the federal government.
The agents were attempting to arrest leader David Koresh and raid the group’s 77-acre complex when they began to exchange heavy gunfire at the site. By the end of the shootout, four agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and six Branch Davidians were dead.
The failed operation then turned into a 51-day standoff. During that time, Koresh and most of his followers had refused to leave the compound, which was surrounded by tanks, armored vehicles and more than 600 federal agents. The standoff ended when a fire engulfed the complex on April 19, 1993. Only nine people inside survived. Critics called what happened a Waco a massacre.

The Death & Replacement of Paul McCartney
Wednesday Oct 05, 2022
Wednesday Oct 05, 2022
PAUL IS DEAD SHOW"Paul is dead" is an urban legend and conspiracy theory alleging that English musician Paul McCartney of the Beatles died on 9 November 1966 and was secretly replaced by a look-alike. The rumour began circulating around 1967, but grew in popularity after being reported on American college campuses in late 1969. Proponents based the theory on perceived clues found in Beatles songs and album covers. Clue-hunting proved infectious, and within a few weeks had become an international phenomenon.
According to the theory, McCartney died in a car crash and to spare the public from grief, the surviving Beatles replaced him with the winner of a McCartney look-alike contest, sometimes identified as "William Campbell", "Billy Shears" or William Shears Campbell. Afterwards, the band left messages in their music and album artwork to communicate the truth to their fans. These include the 1968 song "Glass Onion", in which Lennon sings "Here's another clue for you all / The walrus was Paul", and the cover photo of their album Abbey Road, in which McCartney is shown barefoot and walking out of step with his bandmates.

CHARLES MANSONCharles Milles Maddox 'Manson' (November 12, 1934 – November 19, 2017) was an American criminal and musician who led the Manson Family, a cult based in California, in the late 1960s. Some of the members committed a series of nine murders at four locations in July and August 1969. In 1971, Manson was convicted of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder for the deaths of seven people, including the film actress Sharon Tate. The prosecution contended that, while Manson never directly ordered the murders, his ideology constituted an overt act of conspiracy.

LOVE HAS WON CULT (Amy Carlson)
Thursday Sep 29, 2022
Thursday Sep 29, 2022
AMY CARLSON: Love Has Won CultExperts who study cults suggest the human need for comfort prompts people to seek out others or things to soothe their fears and anxieties. Research suggests that those element and others have led hundreds of thousands of people to commit to thousands of cults operating around the world.
They provide meaning, purpose and belonging. They offer a clear, confident vision and assert the idiology superiority of the group.
As to the leaders themselves, they typically present themselves as infallible, confident and grandiose. Their charisma draws people in, Hart says. And followers who are craving peace, belonging and security might gain a sense of those things as well as confidence through participation in the group.
The content or ideology at the core of a cult can be religious, or vary beyond that. Some cults are political, others are therapy-based and some focus on self-improvement. while still others assert the need for discipline as a way of reaching divine nirvana.
Generally, “A cult is a group or movement with a shared commitment to a usually extreme ideology that is usually embodied in a charismatic leader. Examples are David Koresh, Charlie Manson, Amy Carlson, andMarshall Applegate, to name a sparse few.

Wednesday Sep 21, 2022
"When Jews Were Funny" Director Alan ZweigAlan Zweig began his professional career as a cab driver, which he did for 16 years, putting himself through film school and occasionally getting a gig in the transportation department of the film industry where he got to drive Big Bird and Peter Fonda among others. Somewhere in there he taught himself to write and got a couple of jobs in episodic television. He also acted in some friends’ films. And occasionally he got to make a film himself. He decided to try his hand at documentary film when he saw what his friend’s hi-8 camera could do and thought it might be fun to make a film by himself. The result of that exploration was a film called Vinyl which premiered at Hot Docs in the year 2000 and earned him a permanent place in the pantheon of late bloomers. In the last 20 years he’s made nine more feature documentaries, which often dealt with autobiographical themes as well as people on the margins of society.

RED, WHITE & SCREWED: HOW AMERICA F%CKS YOU OVER
Tuesday Sep 20, 2022
Tuesday Sep 20, 2022
RED WHITE & SCREWEDAmerica is divided—economically, politically, and culturally. Income inequality is at virtually unprecedented levels. Political polarization has risen to new heights (although the public is less polarized than their elected representatives).
And we are sorting ourselves into distinctive cultural tribes that increasingly live in different communities. The proportion of parents who would be disturbed if their child married someone from the opposite party has risen from 5 percent in 1960 to about 50 percent now.
The election of Donald Trump didn’t cause these divisions, but his presidency has exacerbated them. With midterm elections fast approaching and the future of our political system at a crossroads, the question on everyone’s mind is:
What can we do to a government that continually screws us over?

The Chris Benoit Murders: REVISITED

Thursday Sep 15, 2022
The Chris Benoit Double Murder-Suicide
Over a three-day period from June 22 to 24, 2007, Chris Benoit, a 40-year-old Canadian professional wrestler employed by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and living in Fayetteville, Georgia, murdered his wife Nancy and their 7-year-old son, Daniel, before hanging himself. Autopsy results showed that Benoit's wife was murdered first as she was bound at the feet and wrists and died of asphyxiation on the night of June 22.[1] On June 25, Nancy was found wrapped in a towel with blood under her head, although Fayette County District Attorney Scott Ballard reported no other signs of a struggle.
The couple's son, Daniel Christopher Benoit, who also died of asphyxia, was killed as he was lying sedated in his bed on the morning of June 23. Then, on the evening of June 24, Benoit killed himself in his weight room, when he used his lat pulldown machine to hang himself. He placed Bibles near the bodies of his wife and son.[2][3] Since Benoit's suicide, numerous explanations for his actions have been proposed, including severe chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE),[4] steroid use, and alcohol use disorder,[5] leading to a failing marriage and other personal problems.[6] The incident led to numerous media accounts, and a federal investigation into steroid misuse in professional wrestling.

Author D.W. "Dan" Eamer"The SATAN Gene"
DW "Dan" Eamer
Dan Eamer achieved a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Concordia University in Montreal, leading to a career as a personal trainer.
His writing career stems from a life list that he had created at the age of sixteen. Writing a novel was near the top of that list of over one hundred goals. The list has been lost in the mists of time, but never forgotten.
After publishing two fitness books, he dug into a real novel. His first thriller, The SATAN Gene, was custom made for conspiracy theorists. Interwoven with secret codes, Catholic intrigue, and tantalizing blends of fact and fiction, "The Satan Gene" will leave its readers wondering whether what they just read was real, an grand illusion or the figment of a great writers imagination.

RICHARD RAMIREZ: LA'S INFAMOUS NIGHT STALKER
Richard Ramirez, the son of Mercedes and Julian Ramirez, was born in El Paso, Texas on February 28, 1960. Growing up Richard was a troubled kid. A lot of this was due to his older cousin, Mike, who had just returned from fighting in Vietnam. Ramirez’s cousin would tell him gruesome stories and show pictures of the torture he would inflict upon Vietnamese women. Mike introduced Ramirez to drugs, which consequently resulted in Ramirez committing petty crimes. He also became a Satan worshiper. Because of this rebellion, Ramirez became alienated from his parents.
The first serous crime that Ramirez was involved in was the murder of his cousin’s wife. Although Mike was the one who murdered his own wife, Ramirez was at the scene of the crime and didn’t do anything to stop it. In 1977, Ramirez was sent to a juvenile detention center for a series of petty crimes. In addition, he was put on probation for marijuana possession in 1982. Soon after these two crimes, Ramirez moved to California and continued to commit crimes such as burglary and possession of cocaine, as well as a car theft charge, which resulted in a jail sentence.
On June 28, 1984, Ramirez’s committed his first murder. The 79-year-old victim was sexually assaulted, stabbed and murdered in her own home. In just one year Ramirez had murdered over a dozen people and tortured of 25 people. After many delays, in 1989, Richard Ramirez, age 29, was sentenced to the conviction of 13 murders, five attempted murders, 11 sexual assaults and 14 burglaries. Ramirez was sentenced to die in California’s gas chamber. His remarks to this were “Big deal. Death always went with the territory. See you in Disneyland.” Twenty-four years after this sentence, Ramirez had been on death row for more than 23 years, Ramirez died from B-cell lymphoma at age 53 on June 7, 2013.

The nude and mutilated body of Elizabeth Short, aka Black Dahlia, is found by a woman walking with her 3-year-old daughter
The murder created an immediate sensation, due in part to Short’s body being mutilated so horrifically and the mystery of who would be so savage to another person. Short’s body was found bisected at the waist, her blood completely drained from her body, her face cut in a Glasgow smile (the cheeks cut from the corners of the mouths to the ears), her thighs and breasts received several cuts including several pieces of flesh being removed. When posed at the scene, her lower half was placed approximately a foot away from the top, her intestines pulled out and pushed under her buttocks, her legs spread open, and her arms pulled over her head, bent at the elbows. An autopsy revealed ligature marks to her wrists and neck as well as bruises to her head and face; her official cause of death was determined to be a combination of beatings to the head and hemorrhaging from the Glasgow smile.
During the sensationalized media frenzy, many rumors and misconceptions about Short arose: that she was a call girl, though no evidence existed showing she was ever a prostitute; that she had “infantile genitalia,” though the autopsy and several of her previous lovers (including a police officer) proved otherwise; or that she was possibly the victim of an illegal abortion gone wrong though her autopsy revealed she was not and had never been pregnant.
Although around 60 people confessed to the murder, many were eliminated quickly and those who remained were never taken to trial. The case is still unsolved.

WHO KILLED SUPERMAN
In the documentary Look, Up in the Sky: The Amazing Story of Superman, Jack Larson said that when he first met Reeves, he told him that he enjoyed his performance in So Proudly We Hail! According to Larson, Reeves said that if Mark Sandrich had not died, he would not be there in "this monkey suit". According to Larson, Reeves also said he would feel better about the role if he knew he had any adult fans but never learned that Adventures of Superman had adult fans even during its original broadcast run.
In June of 1959, things started to look up for George. He was getting work as a director, and he had agreed to do another season of Superman, in which he would also direct quite a few episodes of. He was also engaged to Leonore Lemmon, a New York showgirl. Lemmon moved into his house, and they were to be married on June 18.
On June 15, George and Leonore had gone out to a rather boozy dinner, to celebrate the upcoming marriage. During the dinner, they had argued. After, they returned home and continued drinking. George went to bed at 12:30 AM. Around 1, two friends came by for a visit. Reeves usually had an open door policy, but not after midnight. Shortly after they arrived, Reeves came downstairs to find out what the commotion was. Seeing the neighbors, he told them, “Get out. It’s too late for this nonsense.” Leonore asked, “Is this a joke or a shoot?” meaning was he kidding around, or what? Reeves then apologized, and the group sat around talking.

Unveiling The Zodiac Killer

Thursday Aug 18, 2022
The Mystery of the Zodiac KillerThe Zodiac originated the name himself in a series of taunting letters and cards that he mailed to regional newspapers, threatening killing sprees and bombings if they were not printed. Some of the letters included cryptograms, or ciphers, in which the killer claimed that he was collecting his victims as slaves for the afterlife. Of the four ciphers he produced, two remain unsolved, and one was cracked only in 2020. While many theories regarding the identity of the killer have been suggested, the only suspect authorities ever publicly named was Arthur Leigh Allen, a former elementary school teacher and convicted sex offender who died in 1992.

What Happened to JonBenet Ramsey?

WHO KILLED JON-BENET???
Six-year-old JonBenét Ramsey is killed in her Boulder, Colorado, home. John and Patsy Ramsey, her parents, called police at 5:52 A.M. the following morning to report that their daughter was missing. Although police found a ransom note demanding $118,000, the money would never be necessary, because JonBenét's body was found under a blanket in the basement that afternoon. The crime soon became a national sensation.
JonBenét, who had been beaten and strangled, was found with tape over her mouth and her hands tied together with a cord. There were also some signs of sexual assault. However, Boulder detectives did a poor job of preserving the evidence and actually allowed John Ramsey to disrupt the crime scene by removing his daughter’s body from the basement.
With no signs of an intruder, suspicion quickly fell on JonBenét's parents. The ransom note seemed suspicious to authorities. Not only did the strangely specific amount of the ransom–$118,000–match the exact amount of John Ramsey’s bonus from his employer, the paper that the ransom note had been written on paper found in the Ramsey home. The note also seemed to be unusually wordy.
For the curious public, the fact that John and Patsy Ramsey failed to cooperate with the investigation fueled speculation about their guilt. In addition, JonBenét's active participation in beauty pageants, which required her to wear heavy makeup and sophisticated clothing, was widely considered to be inappropriate.
The investigation into JonBenét's murder continued for more than two years. But in October 1999, the grand jury hearing evidence in the case was finally dismissed with no recommendation for filing charges. The jury did, however, vote to indict the Ramseys on child endangerment and obstruction of a murder investigation, but the prosecutor declined to prosecute. In 2006 former schoolteacher John Mark Karr was arrested after confessing to the murder; however, Karr’s DNA did not match samples found on JonBenét's body and he was released.

Abandoned America: Abandoned Amusement Parks

ABANDONED AMUSEMENT & THEME PARKSThroughout history, people have built structures and then ceremoniously opened the doors of their new factory, hospital, prison, asylum, military fort or home. These buildings flourished with life inside them — families, patients, workers, soldiers and vacationers. But then at some point, everyone walked out and never came back.
Deserted spaces are often demolished or revitalized, but some are simply left to ruin (and spooky spirits). From haunting mines and shadowy theaters to full-fledged ghost towns frozen in time, these are the most chilling abandoned places in America.
